The Story

I Had to Fly 16,000km to Find My Shot

In Italy, being a fitness coach meant being underpaid, undervalued, and invisible. I graduated in Exercise and Sports Science and watched managers who never saw my potential tell me what I was worth.

So I bought a one-way ticket to Sydney. Within 6 months I had a sponsorship and full-time employment that finally rewarded the value I brought to the table.

Today I own multiple businesses, run an AI incubator, and build platforms that give others the opportunity I was never handed. I hired a rookie and promoted her to Studio Manager in 14 months. Why? Because I spotted her potential early and designed her path to success.

The mission is simple: build or acquire 10 companies in 10 years. Conquer Australasia through business. Rebuild the empire.
